Brain Ruler 2.0.1

This is the first official release of Brain Ruler including the 2.0.1 patch (see changelog for full patch notes).

Brain Ruler is a MATLAB-based tool for calculating Scalp-to-Cortex Distances (SCDs) and positions for user specified points on/in the scalp or cortex as well as locating scalp and cortex locations for EEG 10-20 points.
