* {Joint,RobotJointType} -> {Joint,PrismaticJoint,RevoluteJoint}.

* Remove Geometry{Box,Cylinder,Mesh,Sphere}, RobotColor

* For URDF importer:

  * Fix model access

  * Rewrite using utility functions and higher-order functions

  * Remove or comment code for aspects that are no longer
    representable
