Remove or update models from dh folder

I was doing some improvements to the model tests, and I was hitting several problems from old models generated from the dh folder. The models generated from that folder are:

• iCubGenova03
• iCubNancy01
• iCubParis01
• iCubParis02
• iCubLisboa01

Of these models, iCubParis01 and iCubParis02 can be safely removed as they are in icebox. Instead, iCubGenova03, iCubNancy01 and iCubLisboa01 are still maintained, but we should check if their hardware have been updated and if they can be generated from a v2.5 model.
