Heart Disease Prediction

This is a Heart Disease Preiction Website built with Python/Flask using a machine learning model.

The code consists of the following:

• app.py
• index.html
• jupyter notebook (for the ML model)
• lr_model_final.pkl (pickle file of the ML model)
• Heart Disease Dataset
• requirements.txt
• Procfile (for heroku deployment)

Run Locally

Clone the project

  git clone https://github.com/rithikg24/Heart-Disease-Prediction.git

Go to the project directory

  cd Heart-Disease-Prediction

Install virtual environment

  pip install virtualenv

Create a virtual environment

  python -m venv {name_of_your_virtual_env}

Activate the virtual environment

  .\{name_of_your_virtual_env}\Scripts\activate

Go to the Website directory

  cd Website

Install the required packages

  pip install -r requirements.txt

Run the app.py file

  python .\app.py
