- Remove the brown covering
- Stick the double sided tape onto the underside of the PCB as shown in the image.
- Mount the PCB onto the plate.
- Assemble both the motors with the respective motor clamps and fix them on the base plates as shown below
- For Motor clamp assembly, we will need
- 2 X BO motor
- 2 X Motor clamp
- 4 X M3 25mm Bolts
- 4 X M3 10mm Bolts
- 8 X M3 Nuts
- First, assemble the castors in the provided and annotated slots
- Then, assemble the spacers in the provided and annotated slots
- For Motor clamp assembly, we will need
- 6 X M3 10mm Bolts
- 6 X M3 Nuts
- 1 X Castor wheel
- 4 X 35mm Spacer
- Stick the double sided tape onto the underside of the PCB as shown in the image.
- Following is the battery and its respective slots
- The charging slot must be used for charging the battery with the provided adapter
- The Male jack must be connected to the main board for power supply with its respective provided female jack
Motor connections should be made in the following way
- Left Motor Top wire to A +
- Left Motor Bottom wire to A -
- Right Motor Top to B +
- Right Motor Bottom to B -

Assemble the top plate using the plate

For Top plate Assembly, we will need
- 4 X M3 10mm Bolts

Assemble wheels onto the body

Connect the power cord to

Here is the final assembled robot

Use the switch to turn on the robot and that’s it!
