[SYCL][NFC] Update README table of supported features #293

Update the readme table in sycl-graph-develop to reflect in-progress work:

  • CUDA backend now in-progress.
  • Exceptions throws for unsupported features.
  • Kernel bundles listed as an unsupported feature.
  • Thread safety and subgraphs classed as supported.
