Link DOIs to preferred resolver

Hello :-)

The DOI foundation recommends this new, secure resolver. Accordingly, this PR updates static DOI links and the code that generates new ones.

PS: There are several more of these old dx.doi.org strings in GitHub.com/ResearchGraph & GitHub.com/RD-Switchboard repos. Shall I update them? If so, also things that look like test data?
