ClusterUtilizationOverTimeRangeprovides misleading behavior when used within deltacat. This is because it estimates cluster-level resource usage rather than partition-specific usage. As a result, it's better to useClusterUtilizationOverTimeRangefrom within the driver class that calls deltacat functions.
