Cannot Download Plant Indices

Hello,
The plant indices cannot be download, Google Drive says "Download limit reached". Is it possible to give these a new name / put them in a new folder so download might work?

Hi Joe, can you try again?
Sometimes the download limit on Google Drive is exceeded and then it recovers in a day or so.

Hi,
No luck unfortunately, I just tried again with two different browsers and have tried a few times over the past month but can't download it. The error message either references "third-party cookies" or "download limit reached" on Chrome/Firefox etc. All other indices downloaded OK so I suspect the issue must be the file size. Is there any chance you can put it in an S3 bucket, even with requester pays? Or alternately I can provide VM credentials that it can be copied to?
