- Fixed "All Programs" menu resize handling.
New option: Fix User Folders On Corrupted Namespace Removed rescale of "All Programs" menu as it caused some artifacts
Added 2 new options: "Hide UWP Settings results" & "Always use standard user profile picture", done by TeknixStuff. Updated Readme Deleted Control Panel workaround for Windows 7 links
Removed "Always use standard user profile picture" setting due to bug complains.

This mod removes the new Spotlight shortcut that appears on the desktop when you use Spotlight wallpaper mode.
Works on latest Windows 10 and LTSC 2021.
I haven't tested it on Windows 11 myself as I don't have a Windows 11 machine. Should work just fine though.
