FigTree v1.4.5 pre-release

This is an experimental pre-release of FigTree v.1.4.5. There are various changes to the features and functionality, some bug fixes but these are still work in progress. The main aim for this pre-release is to test the binary packaging on modern Mac and Windows environments with recent versions of Java.

Issues about running this version are welcome but please give full details if possible about OS, Java version etc.
