This change fixes #141
It is working well on simple project, as well as with the demo project.
But I still have one issue in our project, related to Angular bugs:
ContentChildrendoes not return any of the children as it should in our project. Still need some more investigation to point where the problem is, but it seems related to angular/angular#14769 or angular/angular#20810
