Domino: support for analyzing dependencies of a local Maven project by providing the project dir #172

This change introduces a config option to allow passing a local project dir, e.g.

java -jar target/domino.jar from-maven report --project-dir=<path-to-project>

FYI @goldmann, this is the Maven part of #171
Ideally we'll want a single command that will work for both Maven and Gradle. I just wanted to add this feature, ASAP, in case it helps.

I need to cut a release now for other reasons. I'll merge this now and refactor it later based on your feedback.
