Installing instructions

Windows

1. Download the Windows build from releases: https://github.com/quan-to/agent-ui/releases

2. Open the folder where you downloaded the file and right click into AgentUI-v1.0.0-windows64. Hit Extract all

3. In the extract dialog, just hit Extract. Windows should open now the folder where an AgentUI.exe should appear.

4. Double click AgentUI

5. A SmartScreen will appear. Hit More Information text and click Execute

6. After a while the AgentUI screen will open

Observations

If you have a previous version and some error happens when opening a new version, try to clear astilectron build. To do so, exclude the folder AgentUI at %AppData%\Roaming\

MacOSX

1. Download the MacOSX build from releases: https://github.com/quan-to/agent-ui/releases

2. Double click in the zip file to extract AgentUI.app

3. Click and move AgentUI to Applications folder:

4. Open Applications folder and double click AgentUI

5. There will be an error that AgentUI cannot be verified. That's OK, hit Cancel

6. Go to System Preferences -> Security and Privacy

7. Find the AgentUI security message at the bottom and hit Open

8. The app will appear only on Mac OSX Tray bar. Wait it to disappear. It is currently installing.

9. Go to Applications and open the AgentUI application. It should open now.
