Summary
The scipy incompatibility fixed in #185 is affecting
qiskit-nekotests (see CI in Qiskit/qiskit-ibm-runtime#1422 (review)), because neko uses the released version of the package. I think a bugfix release would be good to make sure we don't break neko, but also in general, the scipy issue might become more prevalent as users update their dependencies.Details and comments
