While technically it's an independent implementation, the classes all call themselves threading.* and have the same interfaces.

Except for local, which is from _threading_local instead.

It's 3.8 only, so on its way out anyway, but I believe it's still some number of months left that typeshed is supporting it.

According to mypy_primer, this change has no effect on the checked open source code. 🤖🎉
