This includes various small changes I made late May (prior to the big 2024 euro-trip), mostly to support more flexible and explicit position initialization -- which in turn allowed for the
XRayMagneticPtychographyclass.I believe this has been "organically reviewed" for all of June -- meaning both myself and @smribet have been running reconstructions off of this branch without any issues?
Would be good to merge prior to M&M release.
