The citation files were carried over from the Software Carpentry Shell lesson (CC-BY 4.0), which we used as the scaffolding for the course website. The materials have since been replaced, and only the technical scaffolding remained (but was also modified).

This PR removes the citation files relevant for the Shell lesson, and adds a CFF file relevant for the datalad course materials. Closes #47

Caveat: for a full cleanup we should probably also edit the LICENSE file, as it says "All Software Carpentry, Data Carpentry, and Library Carpentry instructional material..." -- probably by keeping existing notices and adding a similar section about DataLad materials. The CONTRIBUTING file is also carried over from SWCarpentry.
