Adds the penguin dataset as a crc1451-dataset-compatible json document

The Palmer penguins dataset at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3960218
was structured in the tabby format (see:
https://github.com/psychoinformatics-de/datalad-tabby) and then loaded
into json-ld using https://github.com/sfb1451/tabby-utils and a specific
convention https://github.com/sfb1451/tabby-utils/tree/main/conventions/tby-crc1451v0.
This json document is the resulting compacted json-ld output.
