bug fix release for 0.6.0-alpha.2

This release is mainly to prevent users from running ulatencyd on systems without ConsoleKit, because logind is not yet supported (hopefully will be in one week), and because "UID based pseudo sessions" used in 0.5.0 are gone.

If ulatencyd cannot connect to ConsoleKit, it's aborted.
