These updates resolve issues #1, #2, #8, and #9 by including code to read environment variables from .env file, set OpenAI API key, keep
langchainrequired modules and imports up to date, and declaring additional dependencies and their versions in the requirements file. Further instructions are also included in the readme to aid the installation of dependencies and a link to your YouTube tutorial accompanying the project.
