Need to fix the SPI config, I think, so that the display isn't driven out of spec.

This is currently blocked by raspberrypi/pico-sdk#1392

But I don't think that means we couldn't move ahead with some caveats.

Badger 2040W could either:

  1. Totally block setting speeds that would break WiFi
  2. Allow it, but emit some kind of warning + document this caveat

Some tentative progress here, perhaps this will trickle down in a few releases: raspberrypi/pico-sdk#1521
