Improvement description

Check what can be done without BC break:

Remove support for php < 8.3 -> not possible until the core removes it too.
Add support for dbal 4 -> core needs to do that
Remove support for dbal < 4 -> core needs to do that

  • Upgrade nesbot/carbon (2.72)
  • Upgrade phpoffice/phpspreadsheet (3.3)
  • Dropped support for Pimcore 10
  • Upgraded to Pimcore 11.2
  • Added admin-classic-ui as dependency
