+1, this would be very useful to have e.g. in travis runs, to confirm that all prereqs pass their tests. |

Well here's something I forgot I ever wrote. Think that last commit resolves the conflicts correctly and gets this working against master again. |

Hi,
I'm looking to add a with-test option to carton install. While this is undesirable during deployment, I'm finding a use for it in CI systems doing automated testing across multiple platforms. This was previously implemented in #59 but looks to have been lost in later work.
