Event page cleanup

This release changes the event HTML page to use the latest HousePortal's capabilities.

First tested and usable release

This release includes the following changes;

• Fix detection of known device, including on restart.
• Update the IP address of the device on each status response.
• Use new HousePortal's houseconfig module and implicit events

First release in service

First release in service at home, might still be somewhat rough. Tested with HS220 and KP400.
