Hook Up Run Basic Checks

As a user, I want to ensure that the translation is accurate, so that there are no errors, especially easy to catch errors, when we go to print the text.

Using the Paratext check code as a backend, make it possible to run basic checks on text (e.g. the resource viewer) since we don't have an editor. You may need to find a way to mock settings such as number or punctuation rules.
