This pull request includes updates to the
README.mdfile to improve the installation instructions for Open COBOL ESQL 4J.Installation instructions improvements:
libcobj.jarandpostgresql.jarfiles, including commands to locate and copy these files.I ran it as described there and checked that it can be installed.
