Clarify that builds can run from Linux or Windows and that the sample command uses PowerShell and not cmd.exe syntax. Fix syntax error substituting PWD variable in PowerShell. Fixes: openslide#181 Signed-off-by: Benjamin Gilbert <[email protected]>
