Reviewed the skeleton of the Design Documentation to share same information with User Manual.

Of course, the content of the chapters need to be updated/reviewed/modified as the configuration name (embedded, CV32A60X,...).

This PR updates DD to be synchronized with UM and to be compatible with certification requirements, it will done into three phases:

1. Update DD skeleton. This is the scope of this PR. It implements the summary you can see below.
2. Add another DD dedicated to STEP1, to host the MMU description, needed by PlanV team.
3. Ask chapter contributors to update their part.
