Won't be doing this because the issue seems to be with tutor and not with edx-platform running on various ubuntu versions. See #35713 (comment) for more details. |

See #35713 for more details but it looks like the
lxmlandxmlseclibraries seem to have some issue with the underlying libxmlsec versions causing issues for people running tutor nightly with Ubuntu 22.04.Seeing errors like
xmlsec.InternalError: (-1, 'lxml & xmlsec libxml2 library version mismatch')
