WIll improve behavior in runtime like ObservableHQ.
When ObservableHQ re-renders a cell, the behavior is different and it may create a new element instead. In some situations we ended up having charts created below the previous one and over and over, instead of updating the previously rendered chart.
Hydratable could help this situation to just update and re-use the previously rendered DOM.
