Update the Doxyfile for doxygen in Debian Bookworm (#1946)

In Bookworm, the LATEX_SOURCE_CODE and CLASS_DIAGRAMS options are deprecated/removed. Comment these options out in the Doxyfile. Signed-off-by: Saikrishna Arcot <[email protected]>
