This patch fixes the problem that the admin interface will generate unnecessary ACL `deby` rules which Opencast will constantly warn about in the logs. This fixes opencast#352

Use Run test server using develop.opencast.org as backend: Specify a different backend like stable.opencast.org: It may take a few seconds for the interface to spin up. |
