This just allows the user to expand the right panel a bit (and snap it back to default by double clicking the handle). This is the simplest first step that might satisfy the requirements people have expressed. We can go further if people want us to.
Involved removing the Panel.svelte component because these panels really don't have that much in common and it's actually easier to understand just styling them separately rather than dealing with a message of parameters.
