The Ulster Banner used as the Northern Ireland flag in this repo is not official and is a contentious issue for those that don't identify as British.
Adding the Ulster and 4 provinces flags should give residents of Northern Ireland, who don't identify as British and/or Irish more options.
Adds Connacht, Munster, and Leinster province flags for completeness.
