This patch overhauls the Play page in an effort to simplify and streamline the process of getting quick games. As part of this we've also incorporated better default game times based on the forum thread https://forums.online-go.com/t/revisiting-automatch-time-settings-data-backed-proposal-for-new-automatch-settings-on-ogs/52303
