Import an Existing Calendar

One of ABE's time-saving features is the ability to automatically import existing online calendars, without having to manually re-enter events. New events will be automatically imported as well, so it's a set-it-and-forget-it kind of deal!

Get the ICS Feed URL

Web-based calendars normally offer you the ability to subscribe to them using an ICS feed URL. (If your calendar does not support generating an ICS feed URL, it is not possible to import the calendar into ABE.)

Google Calendar

Follow the section titled See your calendar (view only) on this page.

Outlook desktop

Olin's IT department blocks end users from publishing internal calendars online. If you would like to import an Olin Outlook calendar, you'll need to talk to IT to get an ICS feed URL.

Add it to ABE

Once you have the URL, head over to events.olin.build/import. Paste the link into the box, select the tags you want to be applied to all of the imported events and click Submit.
