Description:
According to Forestry CC, an average of ~5 events per hour can occur at a single location. Additionally, a poll recently passed to increase the frequency of forestry events by 20%.
Changes:
-Changed average event interval from 20 to 10min to reflect the more accurate rates and the poll result that should be implemented soon™.
