This release marks the state of SEER as it was at assignment submission.
Excluded:
- Due to a shortened final sprint, the search filters on the frontend are functional but not connected at the API layer, therefore granular filtering is not possible at this time.
- The evidence submission (#12) did not fully meet our definition of "done", and therefore remains excluded from this release.
