Releases: oceantume/ArtilleryCalculator
Artillery Calculator 1.3
Fourth release of the application with the following changes:
- New transparent mode
- Moved and renamed the USSR mode checkbox
- Increased distance, elevation and timer font size
Transparent Mode
When enabled, the application will have a slightly reduced opacity, a smaller UI and it will be impossible to directly interact with it. When used with the "Stay on top" and "Listen to numpad" features, this makes the application behave more like a small overlay. Because the application will no longer be interactive when this is on, it will no longer be possible to accidentally click on it and lose game focus which was happening for some people (sorry🙃).
This new mode can be toggled via an hard-coded hotkey (Ctrl+Shift+K) or can be disabled by selecting the application window either via Alt+Tab or by clicking on its icon in the taskbar.
Moving Forward
With this new feature, the application is starting to behave like an overlay, but a somewhat ugly one. I've started thinking about making a new UI which may be better suited for it so if you have some suggestions for what that could look and behave like, do let me know on issue #9 or on discord.
Artillery Calculator 1.2
Artillery Calculator 1.1
Second release of the application with the following new features:
- Optionally listen for clicks to predict the hit time for the last shot fired
- Optionally check for new updates whenever the application is launched
Note: The simple executable will no longer be available, but the zip file can be used and extracted somewhere on your computer if you prefer that method instead of installing the application. The .msi installer is the preferred way and it will be easier to update the application by using it.
Artillery Calculator 1.0
Initial release of the application with the following features:
- Artillery calculator that transforms distance to elevation
- Optionally listen to numpad even when the game is focused
- Optionally keep the application on top of other applications
Note: Download the .exe file if you want a simple standalone executable. You can use the .msi file to "install" the app on your computer, creating a shortcut in your Start menu and on your desktop. The app can be uninstalled from Windows settings later.
