### What problem were solved in this pull request? Issue Number: close oceanbase#483 Problem: gitpod 环境有问题，找不到libevent。看起来执行sudo命令时失败了。 ### What is changed and how it works? 使用基础镜像oceanbase/miniob，这个镜像也已经构建好了依赖
