The Obsidian API already has a function for this: https://docs.obsidian.md/Reference/TypeScript+API/Vault/getAllFolders, for this you need to set your minAppVersion a bit higher for that.

Thank you for your feedbacks. I modified these indications. I am not sure the version getAllFolders function then I set minAppVersion for 1.6.6, which is in https://github.com/obsidianmd/obsidian-api/blob/master/obsidian.d.ts
