Deprecate oasis-core-ledger

This PR:

• removes external/oasis-core-ledger repo as it will be archived and removed in near future
• replaces any Ledger references in the docs to either Oasis Ledger instructions or the Oasis CLI wallet management.
• adds redirects from /oasis-core-ledger/* subpages to Oasis Ledger instructions
• combines node/run-your-node/advanced/install- and using- chapters into a new node/run-your-node/advanced/remote-signer
• moves Oasis node directory structure from validator-node.mdx to prerequisites/oasis-node.md

Once this PR is merged:

• Disable oasis-core-ledger dependabot in Repository Settings.
• Archive the https://github.com/oasisprotocol/oasis-core-ledger repo
