MCRIBS (legacy)

Builds a legacy version of MCRIBS (including its vendored MIRTK) to be included into a nibabies release.

This standalone Docker container is not standalone and will need to have the following to run MCRIBReconAll

• FreeSurfer
• FSL (optional)
• Python libraries:
  • contextlib2 imageio numpy scipy pandas numexpr nibabel

MCRIBS MIRTK bug-fix

Builds off the MCRIBS MIRTK fork (commit: b5e11f615e45e1536bcf3474c4d288ea2645ef47),
and includes vital shebang fixes that could cause bad interpreter errors.

MCRIBS MIRTK

This release replaces the official MIRTK build with the modified MCRIBS version, built from DevelopmentalImagingMCRI/MCRIBS@bb57350.

Updates include added options for the recon-neonatal-cortex command.
