Added 3 new examples: DiffuseColour, ShootingStars, and FrequencyStars
Adjusted the python script gain control to better reflect the Rhythm hardware
Added simple sound visualizer in python script, activated from command line
Fixed issue where Palette would not be imported from the Aurora if available
Fixed various bugs in SoundModuleSimulator
Simplified make procedure so that make builds the plugin as well
