Redmine Allocation Plugin <img src=“https://secure.travis-ci.org/Emergya/redmine_allocation.png?branch=master” alt=“Build Status” />¶ ↑
Allocation is a Redmine plugin to record and keep track of people’s allocation to projects.
-
Records allocation percent, assignment and unassignment dates when adding members to projects.
-
Shows summary views of people’s allocation.
-
Follow Redmine plugin installation instructions.
-
In Administration, plugins you may optionally configure the plugin. You can setup a user and a project custom field wich designate groups or teams. This is only used in the allocation by user view, to distinguish between members of the team and outside collaborators and list them separate.
-
Follow Redmine plugin uninstall instructions.
-
Does the plugin control that no user is ever allocated at more than 100%?
No, not yet, at least. By now this is up to you. Patches welcome.
-
What if I don’t set an assignment or unassignment date?
That is interpreted as since ever or forever.
-
Who is allowed to see the allocation summaries?
Every member of the project with the permission to manage members (and administrators).
-
What are the custom fields in the settings page used for?
They are optional. They specify a group or team. They’re only used to show separately the inside and outside members in the allocation by user summary.
