In recend days I've got ten or so release notification messages for the same v0.14.1-test/3a74d89 release.
Something is wrong in actions config (or repo gets retagged manually to the same tag?)

Im am so sorry. I'm working on the thing, and among other things create a bunch of releases. I'll try to divert it and hopefully the notifications subside.
The idea is that the current work helps with releasing more often (like every 2 weeks not 20x/day...) and helps support more platforms.
