Previous PR #1856 was a bit messed up, therefore starting afresh.

Includes latest changes and updates.

a little hint:

[7454fc109db8473ddd31640f0b8223a77b9e4cd2] commit message should be composed of at least 3 lines: a subject, an empty line and a body

This commit adds Turkish language support for MuditaOS. Also includes
keypad characters.

@SP2FET, thanks for the notice, amended the commit message.

BTW, do I need to create another ticket for the Turkish characters? From the previous PR, I got the assumption that it was internally noted.

Yep, in the internal Jira ticket, I've noted the need for those characters, so you don't need to create another ticket
