Move segger to a separate directory

Update localization keys to match the current ones from the English json, and add some translations. Based on a previous patch by mathieunicolas.
QueryResult iterator nextRow() may get into infinite loop. Additionally, fixed handling of the case when each row of result could have a different count of fields.

Some devices were giving different results after querying for Class of Device (CoD) and our filters were too restrictive. Now filtering only take place at pairing, so every suitable device can be connected
A serial number in the USB descriptor includes additional zeros 0 if it’s shorter than the placeholder space.
Fixed problem with some mp3 files which wasn't available in the list of tracks. Issue was occuring due to the large buffer allocation.

Cleaned up pattern of sharing source files among libraries using cached lists, ultimately leading to silent linkage failures. Symbols build repeatedly in different libraries was linked depending on which library was passed in linker command arguments first, so for example in same cases cellular bsp files compiled in module-vfs was linked instead of those from module-bsp leading to failure of cellular work despite no explicite build failure.
Defined separated cmake library, private and public include directories and dependencies, isolated public headers from private, cleaned up include paths and defined which targets depend on new library, cleaned up include paths

Added flag for Worker-Desktop initialization state
The following commit provides implementation of ProgressTimer. The timer purpose is to provide suitable abstraction of a timer that can be visually represented by both Text and Progress. The implementation is based on MeditationTimer and thus the ApplicationMeditation's part that uses MeditationTimer has been refactored.
Implemented tone playback handler. Added product specific databases. Fixed minor issues with CMake. Minor refactor of alarm handlers.
Flag removed during merge 0.76.1 into master.

The follwoing commit provides an implementation of PowerNap progress. The impelemntation covers: * PowerNap's progress presenter * PowerNap's progress widnow * Extension of ProgressTimer's UI configuration that allows to choose between Continuous and Descrete set of points on Progress view.
