As a temporary workaround the path to the template can be passed to ˋlemonˋ on the command line overriding the built-in default search process. |

Because of a typo in the
0010-sqlite-3.34.0-lemon.patch(tpltnamewith the leftover value was used instead oftemplatename) lemon couldn't find thelempar.ctemplate. Alsotplt_openwas refactored to correctly emit error about missinglempar.c.Fixes #4226
